How was your training leading up to the race?
V.O2 platform and training has been great! I love all the workouts, and I feel is just enough to achieve the goals, but enjoyable and necessary. All training and quality sessions were perfect!

Yes, it made following workouts very easy. All of my intervals and Quality Sessions were ready to execute in my Garmin watch.
Talk to us about a recent race or your progress in general! How did it go? What were your goals going into it and did you meet them?
I am 46 years old and have done many years of training, and I got my PR this year, a 2:39 marathon using VDOT. I cut more than 1 hour off of my first marathon time.
Is there anything you learned from your recent training or race that can help you improve in the future?
Yes, better nutrition and hydration helped a lot.
