

What is Fuelin?
Fuelin is a performance nutrition platform designed specifically for endurance athletes. The app helps athletes align their daily nutrition with their training demands by providing personalized recommendations for carbohydrates, protein, and overall calorie intake.
Instead of using static nutrition plans, Fuelin adapts recommendations based on an athlete’s training load. When workouts change, nutrition targets adjust accordingly. The platform also includes meal suggestions, macro tracking, and guidance designed to help athletes properly fuel before, during, and after workouts.
Fuelin’s system is particularly useful for runners and endurance athletes who want to ensure they are eating enough to support training while avoiding underfueling or poor recovery.
V.O2 Training Now Syncs with Fuelin
With the new integration, athletes using V.O2 can now sync their training directly into Fuelin. Once connected, Fuelin can view the athlete’s scheduled training and completed workouts, allowing it to tailor nutrition recommendations to match the actual demands of the training plan.
This connection allows Fuelin to better understand:

The type of session scheduled (easy, quality sessions, or cross-training)
By syncing this information, Fuelin can adjust macro targets and meal recommendations to better match the athlete’s workload on any given day.
How Athletes Connect
Getting started is simple. Athletes with an active Fuelin subscription can connect their V.O2 account directly inside the Fuelin app through the “My Connections” section.
Once connected, training data will begin syncing automatically between the platforms.
