VDOT Coach Stephen Scullion used back-to-back races to tune up for his London Marathon debut next week. First, he won the Omagh Half Marathon in Northern Ireland while cruising at goal marathon pace. His official time was 1:07:01 (71.6 VDOT). [Full Results] He came back a day later in the TQ10k and won again finishing in 30:29 (71.5 VDOT), over a minute ahead of the next competitor.
