  • Marietta High School, 18 years as Head Cross Country and Distance Coach for Track & Field
  • Won the Boys State Championships in 2014 & 2015 and the Girls in 2017
  • Finished 1st @ Nike Southeast and 15th at NXN (top Georgia finish ever)
  • Earned the 2014 & 2015 Georgia Coach of the Year for Cross Country
  • Currently coaching 59 athletes through VDOT O2

“The VDOT O2 coaching module allows me to better individualize training for all the athletes on my team while literally saving me hours each week. I have always believed in Jack Daniels’ training philosophy so it was easy to transition to VDOT O2. I personally like the fact I can save all my favorite workouts into their different folders and pull them up easily when putting together training plans.

The athletes enjoy the VDOT O2 app on their phones and the easy communication it provides between coach and athlete in the platform. As a coach you are able to handle a large number (59 so far) of athletes with ease.”
