“We used Dr. Daniels’ formulas and the VDOT App which helped our runners know the paces they needed to run for each workout. Without a doubt those two things contributed greatly to our success. The app has saved me about 4 hours of work every Sunday and my kids have really responded to using it.”
“My boys team is currently ranked #15 in the state of Texas and has a great chance of qualifying for the State Championships and we are competing in the toughest district and region in the state. My girls teams have also shown tremendous improvement. We have had a total of 86 new PR’s on a team of 91 kids.”
