Specific
Your training will be specific with regard to what you as an individual needs to do to reach your goal(s).
Measurable
Your training will be measurable, in that we’ll walk you through, step by step, throughout the process so progress made towards reaching your specified goal(s) can be identified.
Attainable
Your training will be attainable because it will be written with consideration given to your complete running history, as well as your schedule and/or time constraints all detailed by you in Your Profile.
Reasonable
Your training will be reasonable, not complicated with technical jargon or overreaching beyond your perceived ability. Yours will be a tailored, progressive process making you stronger along the path to reaching your ultimate goal(s).
Timely
Your training will be timely as it will be developed around achieving your ultimate goal(s) and thus, aimed towards when your peak performance should occur.
