12-week CUSTOM training plan designed by The Run SMART Project and Jack Daniels – named “World’s Best Running Coach” by Runner’s World. This plan includes workouts and paces based on your training/racing history
15 coached group practices
(every Tues night, plus three Sat practices)

Start Information and Location –
- Kickoff party on February 19th at Brooklyn Running Co. in Williamsburg at 7:30pm
- Join us for a drink to discuss the program with our coaches
- Training program starts February 22nd
- First practice is Tuesday, February 24th
- Practices start at 7:30pm at Brooklyn Running Co. (located 4min from Bedford L train stop) (10mins from Marcy Ave stop on J, M or Z) (10min from Metropolitan Ave on G)
- Coaches from The Run SMART Project will lead groups in their harder workout of the week

Elizabeth Corkum – RRCA certified, 1:28 half marathoner, 3:05 marathoner
Gary Berard – RRCA and USATF certified, 2:45 marathoner
