    Dear RunSMART,

    I am currently on my sixth week of an 18-week marathon training plan with Session days on Sundays and Wednesdays, Easy days on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and Off Days (no running) on Mondays and Fridays.

    Quick question: If I were to do one or two cycling days a week, how would I fit them into my schedule? I assume I need to hit my weekly mileage goals for the marathon training, so that is my priority.
