Recovery Between and Set Rest dropdown menu options are now updated to help provide clear direction for your athletes when resting. To suit your preferences and help avoid miscommunication we’ve added separate walk and jog options for each of the previous items in the menu (min, sec, m, km, mi).

Before this update many athletes would have to ask what to do while resting for a specific distance or time. Or, the coach would have to make an extra note to ensure the athlete was resting properly. The key with these new updates is also encouraging movement between Reps or Sets, versus standing or maybe even lying down or hiding from your coach 😉 We’ve seen it all.

As Dr. Daniels always says, “If you’re doing intervals rest should be active.” And, “Active recovery actually speeds up the recovery.”
